How do I verify my account?
Go to My Profile > Security & Privacy > Verification. You will need to upload a clear copy of your government-issued ID and a recent proof of address (like a utility bill).
Why is my withdrawal still pending?
Withdrawals undergo a standard security review. If it's your first withdrawal, ensure you have completed the KYC verification. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
What happens if a match is abandoned?
If a match is abandoned before the completion of regular time and not resumed within 48 hours, all undetermined bets will be declared void, and your stake will be refunded.
Can I cancel a bet once placed?
Once a bet has been confirmed by our servers, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the match has not started, you may have the option to use the Cash Out feature (if available on your slip).
